Head Coach: Mike McShane
Email: mcshane_michael@salkeiz.k12.or.us This is Coach McShane's first season as head coach of the Lady Celts! He played point guard at South Salem High School for four years, earning three varsity letters. He was 1st Team All-League and 1st Team All-Mid Valley his junior and senior years. In 1996, Mike helped lead South Salem to its first ever State Basketball Championship earning 1st Team All-Tournament and 1st Team All-State honors. After high school, Mike started at point guard for the University of Oregon, leading the Ducks in assists and steals his sophomore season. Mike finished playing college basketball at MSU-Billings, averaging over eight assists per game his senior year (2nd Nationally). After college, Mike played professionally in China and Australia. Following his basketball career, Mike served as Camp Director at Cascade Sports Camp for 13 Summers. Outside of teaching and coaching Mike enjoys spending quality time with his daughters, camping, music, art and pickleball. |

Assistant Coach / Director of Basketball Operations: Brittany Dunn Email: mcnarygirlsbasketball@gmail.com Coach Dunn is in her sixth year of coaching for the Celtics program. She has also coached middle school girls and assisted the varsity program at Silverton High School where she graduated from as a 4-year varsity letterman in both track and basketball. She is also a teacher, social media specialist for several non-profits, a photographer, and enjoys disc golf, football, spending time with her husband and nieces, and watching The Office. |
